Before selecting a 33 mm spout pouch filling machine, prepare your actual material, target fill weight, and intended pouch and cap. These inputs let the configuration review address the product and packaging you plan to run.
LINYOPACK lists 18 rice, grain, bean, lentil and sesame seed applications in a 33 mm spout, 1–5 kg packaging format. The machine family uses premade angled-spout stand-up pouches. Final compatibility and performance require confirmation with the actual material, pouch and selected machine. You can find the relevant product in the material applications.
Identify the pouch, spout and cap together
Give each pouch and cap combination a supplier reference. Include a pouch drawing or dimensions, the spout specification and position, and the matching cap reference. If several pack weights use different pouches, list each combination separately.
Ask the packaging supplier to identify what its “33 mm” specification measures and provide the relevant component drawings. Send matching physical samples when requested so the machine review uses the intended pouch and closure. If you change the pouch supplier, spout or cap, identify the change when discussing the configuration.

Describe the material in its packing condition
Use the product that will reach the filling line. Include the commercial name, grade, particle-size information and bulk density if known. Where several grades or recipes are planned, identify the sample and target weight for each.
The material details below help distinguish the products within the current application range.
| Material example | Information to include in the sample brief |
|---|---|
| White rice | Commercial variety, grain-length grade, and the broken grains and fines present in the production sample. |
| Tricolor quinoa | Blend proportions, where blending takes place, and how the blend reaches the filler. Agree how weight and blend presentation will be assessed. |
| Broken soybeans | Fragment-size range and the normal proportions of larger pieces and fines. Use the material in its intended packing condition. |
| Red lentils | Orange-red, hulled, split lentils: give the split-size grade, fines content and your criteria for additional breakage. |
| White sesame seeds and black sesame seeds | Identify the seed type, processing condition, size range and normal fragments or fines. Include the intended pouch and closure components. |
Mark unknown values for review. Keep the material names and sample references consistent across your enquiry, drawings and sample labels.
Include the target weight and loading arrangement
List the target net weight within the 1–5 kg application range, required finished pouches per hour, and the loading arrangement you intend to use. Treat the output figure in your brief as a requirement to discuss.
LU-HKG-600PRO uses manual pouch and cap placement, followed by automatic capping. SPFC-S8 and SPFC-1200R have automatic cap sorting and feeding. Manual pouch loading is standard; automatic pouch loading is optional on SPFC-S8 and SPFC-1200R.
Use the machine comparison to check the handling differences. Published output ranges are reference data; actual output depends on the material, target weight, pouch, loading mode and configuration.
Agree the questions for the sample review
Before shipping material or packaging, discuss which product and pack combinations the review should cover. Ask LINYOPACK to confirm the sample quantities needed for that scope.
Useful questions include:
- How will the proposed pouch be loaded and positioned?
- How will feeding, weighing and filling be reviewed with the actual material and target weight?
- How will the matching cap be placed or fed, and what closure checks are required?
- Which observations or measurements are needed for the finished pouch?
- What conditions and acceptance criteria should accompany any requested output assessment?
If you require additional package testing, identify the checks and acceptance criteria with the responsible supplier or testing provider. Agree their scope before treating them as part of the project.
Keep the sample references with the configuration
Request a review record that identifies the material, target weight, pouch and cap references, selected machine and loading arrangement. For any reported weighing or output result, ask for the operating conditions and the product and pack combination used.
Keep these references with the proposed configuration and quotation. If a material grade, recipe or packaging component changes, ask whether the earlier review still covers it.
Buyer questions
How many pouches and how much material should we send?
Agree the quantity with LINYOPACK before shipping. Include the number of material grades, pack sizes and packaging combinations you want reviewed so the sample request has a defined scope.
Can one sample review cover all 18 materials?
Record exactly which materials and pack combinations are included. Request separate confirmation for combinations outside that agreed scope.
Can we start with drawings and photographs?
Include the drawings and photographs you already have in the initial discussion. Ask which physical material, pouch and cap samples are needed before arranging shipment.
Send your project brief
Use the project enquiry form to send your material name, target weight, pouch and cap details, required output, loading preference and installation country. Include the available electrical supply and any requested equipment options.
